目的：探讨子宫内膜息肉的宫腔镜手术治疗及术后应用妈富隆预防复发的效果。方法对74例行宫腔镜诊治的子宫内膜息肉的患者,术后分为妈富隆治疗组和对照组各37例,妈富隆治疗组术后予妈富隆片周期治疗3个月,观察子宫内膜息肉复发及妊娠情况。结果74例患者中,宫腔镜检查多发性子宫内膜息肉48例,单发性子宫内膜息肉26例。随访观察2年,妈富隆治疗组术后复发率为2.70%,(1/37),对照组复发率为21.62%(8/37),两组比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05(X2=6.198)；28例有生育要求的患者中,术后2年21例自然妊娠,妊娠率为75.0%,但妈富隆治疗组妊娠率73.3%(11/15)和对照组(76.9%,10/13),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉患者行宫腔镜诊断及治疗效果明确。术后应用妈富隆治疗有助于预防子宫内膜息肉的复发。

목적：탐토자궁내막식육적궁강경수술치료급술후응용마부륭예방복발적효과。방법대74례행궁강경진치적자궁내막식육적환자,술후분위마부륭치료조화대조조각37례,마부륭치료조술후여마부륭편주기치료3개월,관찰자궁내막식육복발급임신정황。결과74례환자중,궁강경검사다발성자궁내막식육48례,단발성자궁내막식육26례。수방관찰2년,마부륭치료조술후복발솔위2.70%,(1/37),대조조복발솔위21.62%(8/37),량조비교,차이유통계학의의,P<0.05(X2=6.198)；28례유생육요구적환자중,술후2년21례자연임신,임신솔위75.0%,단마부륭치료조임신솔73.3%(11/15)화대조조(76.9%,10/13),차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론자궁내막식육환자행궁강경진단급치료효과명학。술후응용마부륭치료유조우예방자궁내막식육적복발。
objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of nysteroscopy surgery combined with marvelov taken for the treatment of endometrial polyps Met-nods 74 patients with endometviall polyps who underwent hysteroscopic polypectomy in our hospital were recruited. 74 Patients were devided into two groups: those treated with Marvelov for 3 months were in Marvlov group,and others only under followup were in controy groupto. Observe the situation of recurrence and Rregnang. Results Among the 74 Patients, 48 of Patients were diagnosed of muttiple endometrial Polyps. And the other 26 Patients were diagnosed of single endometrial polyp. After 2 year’s follow-up, the recurrent rate was 2. 7% in Marvelov group and 21. 62% in control group . The difference had statistical significance(P<0. 05). A-mong the 28 Patients who had fertility requirement, 21 were pregnant natrually with the rate of pregnancy 75%, The rate of pregnaney had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0. 05). Conclusions Hysteroscopy is a effective method for the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps. Marvelov treatment after endometrial Poypectomy can decrease the recurrence rate.
