目的：探讨应用50%-70%笑气（N2O）镇静下拔牙的护理配合要点。方法对46例牙科焦虑症患者吸入50%-70%笑气后，连续监测拔牙时的心率（HR）及末梢血氧饱和度（SPO2），并给予良好的语言诱导性沟通。结果46例患者均顺利完成拔牙手术；手术前、中、后心率与血氧饱和度无明显变化。结论使用笑气镇静下拔牙时，椅旁配合护士必须熟练掌握笑气镇静仪的操作流程，并与医生密切配合，通过良好的沟通和诱导，达到满意的临床治疗效果。
목적：탐토응용50%-70%소기（N2O）진정하발아적호리배합요점。방법대46례아과초필증환자흡입50%-70%소기후，련속감측발아시적심솔（HR）급말소혈양포화도（SPO2），병급여량호적어언유도성구통。결과46례환자균순리완성발아수술；수술전、중、후심솔여혈양포화도무명현변화。결론사용소기진정하발아시，의방배합호사필수숙련장악소기진정의적조작류정，병여의생밀절배합，통과량호적구통화유도，체도만의적림상치료효과。
Objective To study the nursing care method in the process of teeth extraction with nitrous oxide inhalation. Methods 46 dental phobia patients were involved in this study. We continuously monitored the changes of their heart rate and oxygen saturation during teeth extraction performation with 50%-70% nitrous oxide inhalation .Meanwhile, we gave patients some communication. Results The 46 patients underwent the teeth extraction safely. There was no significant difference in heart rate and oxygen saturation between the pre-operation and post-operation in those patients. Conclusion Using nitrous oxide in teeth extraction could reduce the patient uncomfortable.
