目的：探讨子宫内膜癌腹腔镜下手术治疗前后的护理方法及效果。方法：对我院2012年10月~2014年1月期间的25例行腹腔镜下子宫内膜癌根治术治疗的患者进行回顾性总结。结果：25例患者均顺利地完成了手术，经及时治疗和正确的护理后治愈。结论：护理人员精心细致的护理是保证手术顺利完成的关键，也是患者康复的前提。护理人员不断学习新知识，新技术，是适应新医学时代技术发展的需要。

목적：탐토자궁내막암복강경하수술치료전후적호리방법급효과。방법：대아원2012년10월~2014년1월기간적25례행복강경하자궁내막암근치술치료적환자진행회고성총결。결과：25례환자균순리지완성료수술，경급시치료화정학적호리후치유。결론：호리인원정심세치적호리시보증수술순리완성적관건，야시환자강복적전제。호리인원불단학습신지식，신기술，시괄응신의학시대기술발전적수요。
Objective:To study the nursing method and effect of laparoscopic operation before and after the treatment in endometrial carcinoma. Methods:radical surgery in October to 2014 2012 in our hospital during January 25 routine laparoscopic uterine endometrial carcinoma were retrospectively. Results:all the 25 patients were successfully completed the operation, nursing after timely treatment and right after cure. Conclusion:nursing staff carefully is the key to guarantee the successful completion of operation, and it is the premise for rehabilitation of patients. New technology and new knowledge, continuous learning of nursing staff, is the need to adapt to the new era of the development of medical technology.
