Objective To explore the value of 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of Early Repolarization Syndrome(ERS). Methods We retrospectively analyze 1896 patients who recorded dynamic electrocardiograms in our hospital and selected patients with ERS. Results ERS was found in 113 patients (5.96%), among them 80 were male, female 33, 15 to 69 years old. The detection rate of ERS by dynamic electrocardiogram is significantly higher than that of normal electrocar- diogram (100%:12%, P<0.05).Among them, typeⅠwas much more than type Ⅱ(87.6%:7.1%, P<0.05) and type Ⅰ was also much more than type Ⅲ (87.6%:5.3%, P<0.05). Type Ⅱ was no significant difference with type Ⅲ (7.1%:5.3%, P>0.05). Conclusion 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram has important diagnostic value in ERS. Type Ⅰ is main among them. Type I and type II are less. Most importantly, dynamic electrocardiogram may play an important role in warning some malignant form of ERS.
