目的：对比评价干预前、后我院3种Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物的合理性，探讨干预措施的实施效果。方法：抽取干预前2010年和2次干预后2012年及2013年，我院择期行甲状腺、乳腺及斜疝3种Ⅰ类切口手术患者共450例，分为干预前、第1次及第2次干预后共3组，每组各150例。对于干预前、后预防用抗菌药物合理性进行对比、分析。结果：干预前抗菌药物预防使用率为98.66%，2次干预后抗菌药物使用率为11.33%；用药时机在术前0.5-2h的比例提高了48.65%；术后用药时间≤24h的比例提高了88.04%。结论：我院采取干预措施后监管效果显著，不合理使用抗菌药物得到遏制。为国家节省大量医药费用，减轻了患者经济负担，提高了我院合理用药水平。

목적：대비평개간예전、후아원3충Ⅰ류절구수술예방용항균약물적합이성，탐토간예조시적실시효과。방법：추취간예전2010년화2차간예후2012년급2013년，아원택기행갑상선、유선급사산3충Ⅰ류절구수술환자공450례，분위간예전、제1차급제2차간예후공3조，매조각150례。대우간예전、후예방용항균약물합이성진행대비、분석。결과：간예전항균약물예방사용솔위98.66%，2차간예후항균약물사용솔위11.33%；용약시궤재술전0.5-2h적비례제고료48.65%；술후용약시간≤24h적비례제고료88.04%。결론：아원채취간예조시후감관효과현저，불합리사용항균약물득도알제。위국가절성대량의약비용，감경료환자경제부담，제고료아원합리용약수평。
Objective: Assess rationality of antibacterial drugs used in 3 type I incision operation prevention before and after intervention comparatively. Investigate the effect of intervention measures. Methods: From 2010 before intervention and in 2012 and 2013after intervention, our hospital undergo thyroid, breast and hernia 3 kinds of type I incision operation in patients with a total of 450 cases, divided into pre intervention, first time and second time after the intervention, a total of 3 groups, 150 patients in each group. Result: The usage rate of preventive antibacterial is 98.66% before the intervention; 2 times after the intervention, the usage rate of antibiotics is 11.33%; the administration time in preoperative 0.5 -2H ratio increased 48.65%; postoperative medication time ≤ 24h ratio increased by 88.04%. Conclusion: Our hospital intervention after regulation effect is obvious, the irrational use of antimicrobial drugs has been checked. A lot of medical expenses for the country have been saved, the economic burden of patients has been al eviated,and the level of rational use of drugs in our hospital has mproved.
