目的:观察大鼠缺血性股骨头坏死的MRI表现,探索大鼠股骨头坏死模型的可行性。方法4月龄健康Wistar大白鼠30只,随机分成两组,通过肌注糖皮质激素及强迫运动方式制作股骨头缺血性坏死模型。4周后进行MR检查,测量股骨头信号强度值,并取股骨头组织进行病理学观察。结果大鼠股骨头坏死的表现为形态不规则,表面局部凹陷。实验组大鼠股骨头多为混杂信号,测量的均值信号强度较对照组股骨头在T1WI、T2WI、T2WI SPIR、3D-WATSc均减低。骨小梁变细且断裂,骨细胞排列紊乱,严重变性。结论:肌注糖皮质激素加强迫运动制作大鼠股骨头无菌坏死模型方法可靠。用MR扫描证实早期模型的形成可行。

목적:관찰대서결혈성고골두배사적MRI표현,탐색대서고골두배사모형적가행성。방법4월령건강Wistar대백서30지,수궤분성량조,통과기주당피질격소급강박운동방식제작고골두결혈성배사모형。4주후진행MR검사,측량고골두신호강도치,병취고골두조직진행병이학관찰。결과대서고골두배사적표현위형태불규칙,표면국부요함。실험조대서고골두다위혼잡신호,측량적균치신호강도교대조조고골두재T1WI、T2WI、T2WI SPIR、3D-WATSc균감저。골소량변세차단렬,골세포배렬문란,엄중변성。결론:기주당피질격소가강박운동제작대서고골두무균배사모형방법가고。용MR소묘증실조기모형적형성가행。
Purpose: To investigate the feasibility of femur head necrosis model in mouse by observing their MRI appearances. Methods: Thirty Wistar rats, four mouthes age, which were randomly divided into two groups, were injected with glucocorticoids and forced to exercise. After four weeks, their femur heads were tested by MRI scan. Pathological femur heads tissues were examined.Results: Femoral head necrosis in mouse of MRI showed irregular shape and local surface depression. The MRI of experimental groups showed that the signals of femoral head were mixed and mean signal intensity in T1WI、T2WI、T2WI and SPIR, 3D-WATSc is lower than control group. Trabecular bone became thin and disrupted; the bone cells were disordered and severely degenerated. Conclusion: MRI scan certified that it is a reliable way to establish femur head necrosis model in mouse by being injected with glucocorticoids and forced to exercise in the early stage.
