How reasonable logistics practitioners approved workload and thus improve their job performance,is an important means to enhance the logistics practitioners work happiness.This article analyzes the existing problems about management of logistic practitioners in CSR ZHUZHOU ELECTRIC CO.,LTD (CSR).Countermeasures are put forward to improve the performance quantification of logistic practitioners in CSR.,from aspects of developing indicators of performance quantification and business adjustment.The countermeasures can improve the working enthusiasm through quantifying the performance of logistic practitioners,therefore,these countermeasures can meantime provide the guarantee for improving the level of logistics operation of the enterprise.
