临床实习是医学生向临床医生角色转换过渡的重要阶段，医学生毕业前均需进行一年的临床实习。做好医学生的临床实习，切实发挥实习阶段的效应，真正让医学生从临床实习中受益是文章主要探讨的问题。从管理者、带教者的角度分析了激发实习学员兴趣、提高教员带教能力、注重培养实践能力等对实习效果的影响，并从三个方面探讨了做好实习管理工作、注重实习带教效果、强调培养实践能力对于提高医学生实习期业务学习的重要性。

Clinical practice is an important stage preparing medical students for developing into clinicians .Students are required for one year’s clinical practice before graduation .How to do with the clinical practice of medical students , how to get the practical effect of the practice phase , and how to make medical students benefit from clinical practice , are the main aspects we want to discuss .From the perspective of administrators and teachers , we analyzed the influence of clinical practice by stimulating students ’ interest, impro-ving teachers ’ instruction ability , and developing students ’ practical ability , which are of great importance during the internship .
