Japanese Flowering Fern Rhizome%Anti-inflammation%Effective component
目的：确定紫萁贯众抗炎作用有效部位，为进一步研究紫萁贯众抗炎作用的活性成份奠定基础。方法：通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验研究紫萁贯众各极性部位的抗炎活性。结果：紫萁贯众各极性部位对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀的影响均具抑制作用，乙酸乙酯低剂量及正丁醇高剂量与地塞米松的抗炎效果相近。结论：中药紫萁贯众的乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位为抗炎有效部位。
目的：確定紫萁貫衆抗炎作用有效部位，為進一步研究紫萁貫衆抗炎作用的活性成份奠定基礎。方法：通過二甲苯緻小鼠耳廓腫脹實驗研究紫萁貫衆各極性部位的抗炎活性。結果：紫萁貫衆各極性部位對二甲苯緻小鼠耳腫脹的影響均具抑製作用，乙痠乙酯低劑量及正丁醇高劑量與地塞米鬆的抗炎效果相近。結論：中藥紫萁貫衆的乙痠乙酯部位和正丁醇部位為抗炎有效部位。
목적：학정자기관음항염작용유효부위，위진일보연구자기관음항염작용적활성성빈전정기출。방법：통과이갑분치소서이곽종창실험연구자기관음각겁성부위적항염활성。결과：자기관음각겁성부위대이갑분치소서이종창적영향균구억제작용，을산을지저제량급정정순고제량여지새미송적항염효과상근。결론：중약자기관음적을산을지부위화정정순부위위항염유효부위。
Objective:To determine the effective component of JapaneseFloweringFernRhizome with anti-inflammatory action .Methods:Anti-inflammatory activities of the diffident parts of JapaneseFloweringFernRhizomewere studied on the swelling mice ear induced by xy -lene.Results:All the polar parts of JapaneseFloweringFernRhizome had inhibitory effects on the xylene -induced mice ear swelling .N-butyl alcohol high dose group and ethyl acetate low dose group showed the similar anti -inflammatory action to that of DXM ( Dexametha-sor).Conclusion:Japanese Flowering Fern Rhizome has anti-inflammation effect.Ethyl acetate low dose part and N-butyl alcohol part are the effective components with anti-inflammation action .
