探讨中医中药治疗不孕的临床疗效。上海市李祥云名老中医工作室指导老师李祥云教授，以善治不孕不育及疑难杂症著称，被病家誉为“送子公公”，近年以中医中药治疗IVF-ET失败患者，或促成自然怀孕，或提高种植后的成功率，多见效验。总结实录李教授IVF准备期间不孕症经典验案二则，通过中医中药成功治疗不孕。故认为，值得临床推广。

To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine treating infertility .The notable traditional Chinese medicine doctor Li Xiangyun is famous for her experience in treating infertility and difficult miscellaneous diseases , called as “children-delivering grandfa-ther”.In recent years , he applies traditional Chinese medicine in treating IVF-ET patients who failed to conceive , or promotes nature conception , or improves the success rate of planting .This paper summarized two classical cases of Professor Li treating infertility with traditional Chinese medicine , which are believed to be worth being applied clinically .
