鉴于龚嘴水电站运行发电已40多年,溢洪道溢流面未进行过修补,作为常规溢洪道7~9号溢流面冲蚀磨损严重,局部已可见钢筋,介绍了溢洪道溢流面采用NE-Ⅱ型环氧砂浆修补施工技术,包括材料选取、围堰结构和架立、环氧材料修补施工工艺等。
鑒于龔嘴水電站運行髮電已40多年,溢洪道溢流麵未進行過脩補,作為常規溢洪道7~9號溢流麵遲蝕磨損嚴重,跼部已可見鋼觔,介紹瞭溢洪道溢流麵採用NE-Ⅱ型環氧砂漿脩補施工技術,包括材料選取、圍堰結構和架立、環氧材料脩補施工工藝等。

Gongzui hydropower station has been operated for more than 40 years.However, the overflow surfaces in its spillway have not been repaired .Actually, the No.7~9 overflow surfaces in the ordinary spillway are of serious erosion and abrasion and reinforcing steel can be seen in some places .Construction procedure adopting the NE-Ⅱepoxy mortar to repair the overflow surfaces is introduced , including the material selection , cofferdam structure and its erection , con-struction technique of the repairing work with epoxy material , and so on .
