以菏泽医学专科学校2011级医学检验专业1、2班为研究对象,1班为实验组,2班为对照组,在微生物检验实验教学中,实验组每次均采用新型实验教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,对比分析其教学效果。研究表明,实验组实践技能成绩和理论成绩(89.72±7.69,88.65±7.64)均高于对照组(80.55±9.06,79.88±10.64),P<0.05,新型实验教学模式让学生自主设计实验实施方案,独立完成实验准备与实验后材料的处理等完整的操作流程,可大大提升医高专学生主体意识及创新精神,增强微生物学检验教学效果。

Choosing class 1, 2 as the research object of 2011 level medical examination specialty in our college, class 1 as the experimental group, class 2 as the control group. In the experiment teaching of microbiological examination, the experimental group were taught by new experiment teaching mode, the control group were taught by traditional teaching mode. The performance was compared between the two groups. The study shows the results of practical skills and theory of the experimental group (89.72±7.69, 88.65±7.64) were significantly higher than the control group (80.55±9.06, 79.88±10.64, P<0.05). The new experiment teaching mode can greatly improve medical college students’ subject consciousness and innovation spirit, through letting the student design implementation plan about experiment, ifnish the experiment preparation and deal with the used materials all independently in this complete operation process, It can improve the teaching effect of microbiological examination.
