通过基于胜任力的研究,阐述了国内外医院管理者胜任力的发展历程,总结了国内外医院管理者胜任力的研究思路和成效。重点分析了国内研究的进展和不足,并对未来的医院管理者胜任力研究,提出研究样本选择应具针对性、量表中指标和胜任力特征的确定方法应多样化、胜任力模型的构建与检验需进一步探索和应用、管理者胜任力模型的研究应注重推广并在实践中不断完善等建议和思考。
通過基于勝任力的研究,闡述瞭國內外醫院管理者勝任力的髮展歷程,總結瞭國內外醫院管理者勝任力的研究思路和成效。重點分析瞭國內研究的進展和不足,併對未來的醫院管理者勝任力研究,提齣研究樣本選擇應具針對性、量錶中指標和勝任力特徵的確定方法應多樣化、勝任力模型的構建與檢驗需進一步探索和應用、管理者勝任力模型的研究應註重推廣併在實踐中不斷完善等建議和思攷。

Based on research competency, the development of hospital managers’ competency is introduced and the research conceptions and results of domestic and foreign hospital managers’ competency is summarized. Focusing on the analysis of the progress and deficiency of domestic research and competency research in future,suggestions involves pertinent sample selecting, competency assessment index selecting by various methods, further explosion and application competency model and completing competency model in practice are presented.
