To recover the residual heat from the low temperature waste gas of the cooler for the 180 m2 sinter at a plant, the technical route and process flow for hot water produc-tion with recovered waste heat were drawn up and the heating surface arrangement of the major equipment of heat exchanger was discussed based on actual site conditions.
