目的：分析及探讨固定技术在颌骨骨折治疗中的临床应用。方法通过回顾性分析的方法，将医院2010年1月至2014年1月之间100名颌骨骨折的患者作为对象，分为对照组和实验组，对照组给与传统颌骨骨折治疗，实验组给与患者颌骨内固定治疗，对比分析两组患者的恢复情况。结果传统颌骨骨折治疗组的治愈率明显高于颌骨内固定治疗组，即P ＜0.05。结论固定技术在颌骨骨折治疗中，适合患者颌骨的恢复，很大程度上提高治愈率，因此采用固定技术治疗具有较大的治疗意义。

목적：분석급탐토고정기술재합골골절치료중적림상응용。방법통과회고성분석적방법，장의원2010년1월지2014년1월지간100명합골골절적환자작위대상，분위대조조화실험조，대조조급여전통합골골절치료，실험조급여환자합골내고정치료，대비분석량조환자적회복정황。결과전통합골골절치료조적치유솔명현고우합골내고정치료조，즉P ＜0.05。결론고정기술재합골골절치료중，괄합환자합골적회복，흔대정도상제고치유솔，인차채용고정기술치료구유교대적치료의의。
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical application of fixation techniques in the treatment of mandibular fractures.
