目的：探讨健脾清热化瘀汤联合西医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选择166例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者，随机分为治疗组84例和对照组82例，两组患者先行西医治疗，治疗组在上述西医治疗的基础上，应用健脾清热化瘀汤治疗（主要药物：白茯苓、白头翁、地骨皮、白英、白术等）。水煎浓缩，温服，l50 ml /次，2次/ d。疗程定为6个月。结果治疗组取得总有效率92.86％；对照组总有效率71.95％。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(△P<0.05)；两组治疗前后腺体萎缩疗效比较，治疗后两组比较 Z=-2.50092，P=0.0124＜0.05；两组治疗前后 iM、atP 疗效比较：治疗组治疗前后比较 iM：P ＜0.01，atP：P ＜0.05；对照组治疗前后比较 iM：P ＞0.05，atP：P ＜0.05。结论健脾清热化瘀汤联合西医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎可取得显著的临床效果，易于临床推广。

목적：탐토건비청열화어탕연합서의치료만성위축성위염적림상료효。방법선택166례만성위축성위염환자，수궤분위치료조84례화대조조82례，량조환자선행서의치료，치료조재상술서의치료적기출상，응용건비청열화어탕치료（주요약물：백복령、백두옹、지골피、백영、백술등）。수전농축，온복，l50 ml /차，2차/ d。료정정위6개월。결과치료조취득총유효솔92.86％；대조조총유효솔71.95％。치료조료효명현우우대조조(△P<0.05)；량조치료전후선체위축료효비교，치료후량조비교 Z=-2.50092，P=0.0124＜0.05；량조치료전후 iM、atP 료효비교：치료조치료전후비교 iM：P ＜0.01，atP：P ＜0.05；대조조치료전후비교 iM：P ＞0.05，atP：P ＜0.05。결론건비청열화어탕연합서의치료만성위축성위염가취득현저적림상효과，역우림상추엄。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of JianpiQingre Huayu Decoction Combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 166 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients,randomly divided into treatment group 84 cases and control group of 82 cases, two groups of patients beforetreatment of Western medicine, the treatment group based in the western medicine treatment, application of Jianpi Qingre Huayu Decoction (main drug: white Poria,Radix Pulsatillae, bone skin, Bai Ying, large head atractylodes rhizome etc.). Decoction and concentration,temperature, L50 ml / time, 2 times / d. The course of treatment for 6 months. Results In the treatment group the total efficiency of 92.86%; control group, the total efficiency of 71.95%. The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group ( △ P<0.05); the two groups before and after treatment of glandular atrophy curative effect comparison, the two groups after treatment compared Z=2.50092, P=0.0124 < 0.05; IM, the effect of ATP before and after treatment in two groups: the treatment group before and after treatment was compared with iM:P < 0.01, ATP:P < 0.05;the control group for comparison of IM:P > 0.05, ATP:P < 0.05. Conclusion Jianpi Qingre Huayu Decoction Combined with western medicine has significant clinical effect in treating chronic atrophic gastritis, easy to clinic.
