以胎压监测系统(TPMS)的组成入手,设计了一种内置式、采用新型传感器SP370和TDA5230作为无线收发芯片的胎压监测系统。详细阐述了其软件和硬件设计中的关键技术,方案简单,性能稳定可靠;结合产品化的实际应用,提出了产品测试、封装等方面的建议。

This paper briefly introduces the structure of Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and puts forw ard a kind of built-in TPMS. The design uses SP370 as the transm itter and TDA 5230 as the receiver, further on it illustrates the key technology in the hardw are and softw are design in detail. The solution is sim ple, stable and reliable perform ance. Com bined with the practical application of products, it puts forw ard som e suggestions on product testing and packaging.
