目的探讨ARID2在胰腺癌与癌旁组织中的表达情况及其与胰腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法，检测60例胰腺腺癌及其癌旁组织中ARID2的表达情况，并结合临床病理资料进行统计分析。结果 ARID2主要表达于细胞核。胰腺癌组织中ARID2阳性表达19例（31.7%），癌旁正常组织中ARID2阳性表达46例（76.7%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。胰腺癌组织中ARID2的表达与肿瘤分化程度、分期、淋巴转移及远处转移明显相关（均P＜0.05），但与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤部位无相关性（均P＞0.05）。结论 ARID2在胰腺癌中低表达，且其表达程度与胰腺癌进展呈负相关，提示其可能在胰腺癌发生、发展中发挥抑癌作用，是胰腺癌预后的良好指标，可为临床诊治提供一定的参考依据。
목적탐토ARID2재이선암여암방조직중적표체정황급기여이선암림상병리특정적관계。방법채용면역조직화학SP법，검측60례이선선암급기암방조직중ARID2적표체정황，병결합림상병리자료진행통계분석。결과 ARID2주요표체우세포핵。이선암조직중ARID2양성표체19례（31.7%），암방정상조직중ARID2양성표체46례（76.7%），차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。이선암조직중ARID2적표체여종류분화정도、분기、림파전이급원처전이명현상관（균P＜0.05），단여성별、년령、종류대소、종류부위무상관성（균P＞0.05）。결론 ARID2재이선암중저표체，차기표체정도여이선암진전정부상관，제시기가능재이선암발생、발전중발휘억암작용，시이선암예후적량호지표，가위림상진치제공일정적삼고의거。
Objective To examine the expression level of ARID2 in pancreatic cancer and analyze its relationship with clinicopathological features of pancreatic cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect ARID2 expression in 60 pancreatic cancer tissue and tumor- adjacent tissue specimens. The correlation between ARID2 and clinicopathological features of pancreatic cancer was analyzed. Results The positive rate of ARID2 expression was significantly lower in pancreatic cancer than in tumor- adjacent tissue (31.7%vs 76.6%, P<0.05). ARID2 expression was negatively correlated with tumor stage, differen-tiation, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P<0.05), but showed no significant correlation with sex, age, tumor size and location (P>0.05). Conclusion Down- regulation of ARID2 expression in pancreatic cancer may contribute to tumor metas-tasis and development. ARID2 might be a marker for favorable prognosis as a tumor suppressor, which may provide experimental basis for diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer.
