目的:探讨血红蛋白水平的变化对慢性心力衰竭患者的意义。方法以140例慢性心力衰竭患者为观察组,然后从门诊体检者中选择140例作为对照组。观察组要于入院后的24~48小时之内检查超声心动图,并记录左心室的射血分数(LVEF)以及舒张末期内径(LVEDD),测定患者的血红蛋白;对照组也要进行相同的检查。然后比较两组患者的血红蛋白水平差异,分析观察组中不同程度的慢性心力衰竭患者的LVEF、LVEDD与血红蛋白水平的关系。结果经计算,对照组的血红蛋白水平为126.56±12.34g/L,明显高于观察组的86.73±23.66g/L。结论慢性心力衰竭的程度与血红蛋白水平的变化有明显的关系,必须给予高度重视。

목적:탐토혈홍단백수평적변화대만성심력쇠갈환자적의의。방법이140례만성심력쇠갈환자위관찰조,연후종문진체검자중선택140례작위대조조。관찰조요우입원후적24~48소시지내검사초성심동도,병기록좌심실적사혈분수(LVEF)이급서장말기내경(LVEDD),측정환자적혈홍단백;대조조야요진행상동적검사。연후비교량조환자적혈홍단백수평차이,분석관찰조중불동정도적만성심력쇠갈환자적LVEF、LVEDD여혈홍단백수평적관계。결과경계산,대조조적혈홍단백수평위126.56±12.34g/L,명현고우관찰조적86.73±23.66g/L。결론만성심력쇠갈적정도여혈홍단백수평적변화유명현적관계,필수급여고도중시。
Objective To investigate the significance of changes in hemoglobin levels in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 140 patients with chronic heart failure patients in the observation group,then select 140 cases as a control group of volunteers from the clinic.Observation group to within 24~48 hours after admission of echocardiographic examination and recording of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and diastolic diameter(LVEDD),measuring the patient's hemoglobin;the control group should be the same checks.Then the difference in hemoglobin levels were compared in patients,analyze the relationship be-tween different levels of chronic heart failure patients in the observation group LVEF,LVEDD and hemoglobin levels.Results The calculated hemoglobin levels in the control group was(126.56 ±12.34)g/L,significantly higher than in the observation group(86.73 ±23.66)g/L.Conclusion Changes in the extent of chronic heart failure and hemoglobin levels have a significant relationship,must be given high priority.
