为了更好地了解水力发电机组灭磁电阻的特性及其相关试验过程,以国内某大型水电站为例,分析了其发电机组励磁系统SiC非线性灭磁电阻的局部烧毁故障,并对其灭磁电阻的小电流温升状况进行了试验。结果表明,当灭磁电阻特性存在缺陷时,会对机组的安全运行产生较大的隐患。对灭磁电阻出现事故的背景及其原因分析、对事故所采取的处理措施、模拟试验程序及分析结果等作了描述。

To get a better understanding of characteristics and test process of de-excitation resistance of hydro generating u-nits, an analysis on local burn failure of SiC nonlinear de-excitation resistance of excitation system is carried out and tempera-ture rising induced by small electric current of de-excitation resistance is tested in a large hydropower station of China. The test result indicates that major hidden dangers may probably occur in safe operation of units due to defects of de-excitation resistance performance. In addition, the background and causes of accidents of de-excitation resistance are analyzed, its treatment coun-termeasures are also introduced, and the simulation test procedures and analysis results are described.
