目的：探讨锁定钢板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院32例老年股骨转子间粉碎骨折患者的临床资料，先行手术复位，骨折复位满意后采用钢板内固法治疗，对所有患者进行术后6个月～2年随访。结果32例患者均顺利完成手术，无切口感染病例，无钢板松动断裂。所有患者骨折均全部愈合，时间在15～36周。根据Harris评分法对患者髋关节治疗后进行功能评定，其中优24例，良7例，差1例。优良率96.87%。结论锁定钢板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折牢固可靠、创伤小，便于早期肢体功能康复锻炼，有助于肢体功能恢复，临床效果显著，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토쇄정강판치료노년고골전자간골절적림상효과。방법회고성분석아원32례노년고골전자간분쇄골절환자적림상자료，선행수술복위，골절복위만의후채용강판내고법치료，대소유환자진행술후6개월～2년수방。결과32례환자균순리완성수술，무절구감염병례，무강판송동단렬。소유환자골절균전부유합，시간재15～36주。근거Harris평분법대환자관관절치료후진행공능평정，기중우24례，량7례，차1례。우량솔96.87%。결론쇄정강판치료노년고골전자간골절뢰고가고、창상소，편우조기지체공능강복단련，유조우지체공능회복，림상효과현저，치득추엄응용。
Objective to investigate the clinical effect of treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly with locking plate. Methods retrospective analysis of 32 cases of femoral intertrochanteric comminuted fractures in patients with clinical data in our hospital, the ifrst operation reduction, reduction of fracture with plate internal ifxation method in the treatment of, for all patients after 6 months~2 years follow-up. Results 32 patients were successfully completed the operation, no incision infection, no plate loosening or fracture. all the fractures were healed, at the time of 15~36 weeks. according to Harris's score method to evaluate the function of hip joint of patients after treatment, there were excellent in 24 cases, good in 7 cases, poor in 1 cases. the excellent and good rate was 96.87%. Conclusion locking plate in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly is firm and reliable, small trauma, facilitate early rehabilitation of limb function exercise, contribute to the recovery of limb function, signiifcant clinical effect, it is worthy of popularization and application.
