目的：观察并探讨手术室护理中应用细节护理的临床效果。方法取2012年7月~2013年7月本院收治的80例患者，随机将其均分为对照组和实验组各40例，分别给予常规基础护理和细节护理模式，观察两组护理效果。结果与对照组相比，实验组患者手术时间更短，护理满意度评分更高，紧急事件与并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理工作中，细节护理模式重视为患者提供体贴、细致和周到的护理服务，由此提高患者满意度和手术治疗依从性，进而积极主动地与医师配合，有利于手术的顺利进行。
목적：관찰병탐토수술실호리중응용세절호리적림상효과。방법취2012년7월~2013년7월본원수치적80례환자，수궤장기균분위대조조화실험조각40례，분별급여상규기출호리화세절호리모식，관찰량조호리효과。결과여대조조상비，실험조환자수술시간경단，호리만의도평분경고，긴급사건여병발증발생솔경저(P<0.05)。결론재림상호리공작중，세절호리모식중시위환자제공체첩、세치화주도적호리복무，유차제고환자만의도화수술치료의종성，진이적겁주동지여의사배합，유리우수술적순리진행。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of nursing care details in operating room nursing. Methods 80 cases of patients from July 2012 to July 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, each group 40 cases .The control group received routine care, the experimental group was given the details of care. The effects of care were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, patients in the experimental group had shorter operative time, higher care satisfaction scores incidence of lower complications and emergencies, there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical care, nursing model is not only concerned about the details of the completion of the operation of conventional treatment and care, and more emphasis on providing caring for the patient, careful and attentive care, thereby improving patient satisfaction and treatment compliance, thereby proactively with physicians with conducive smooth operation.
