目的：观察营养干预和口服多种益生菌预防肝性脑病(HE)复发的效果。方法选择近一年内第二次发作的HE患者(C型)，在其临床治愈后予以营养干预及口服多种益生菌制剂：双歧杆菌、枯草杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌。治疗随访一年，观察其HE发作和肝功能及血氨的变化情况。结果治疗后患者HE发作减少，血氨水平显著下降，血白蛋白和前白蛋白水平提高(P<0.05)。结论营养干预和联合应用多种益生菌有利于预防复发性肝性脑病的发作。
목적：관찰영양간예화구복다충익생균예방간성뇌병(HE)복발적효과。방법선택근일년내제이차발작적HE환자(C형)，재기림상치유후여이영양간예급구복다충익생균제제：쌍기간균、고초간균、기산유간균。치료수방일년，관찰기HE발작화간공능급혈안적변화정황。결과치료후환자HE발작감소，혈안수평현저하강，혈백단백화전백단백수평제고(P<0.05)。결론영양간예화연합응용다충익생균유리우예방복발성간성뇌병적발작。
Objective To investigate the effect of combine nutrition regulation and multiple probiotics on prevent recurrence of hepatic encephalopathy(HE). Method The patients with HE trigger a second relapse in last year.When that stroke recover,the treatment of combine nutrition regulation and multiple probiotics(Bifidobacterium、Bacillus subtilis、Lactobacillus acidophilus) were given.Then to investigate the relapse of HE and liver function、blood ammonia、number conection test A in one year. Result The relapse of HE significant reduce after treatment,meanwhile levels of blood ammonia significant lower,and levels of albumin、pre-albumin significant highter(P<0.05). Conclusion The combine nutrition regulation and multiple probiotics is better for prevent recurrence of hepatic encephalopathy.
