目的:讨论耳窥镜辅助下应用耳屏软骨-软骨膜进行鼓膜修补术的临床治疗效果。方法选取本院58例鼓膜穿孔患者采用在耳窥镜辅助下应用耳屏软骨-软骨膜修补鼓膜穿孔,分别在手术后1个月、3个月、6个月后进行复查,对患者鼓膜穿孔的愈合情况、听阈情况进行观察分析。结果58例患者在进行耳屏软骨-软骨膜手术在半年后总的治愈率为98.28%;手术后1个月与手术前听力比较、手术后3个月与手术后1个月听力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较手术后6个月和手术后3个月的听力情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳窥镜辅助下应用耳屏软骨-软骨膜进行鼓膜修补术治疗因各种原因导致的鼓膜穿孔具有良好的临床疗效,患者治愈率高。

목적:토론이규경보조하응용이병연골-연골막진행고막수보술적림상치료효과。방법선취본원58례고막천공환자채용재이규경보조하응용이병연골-연골막수보고막천공,분별재수술후1개월、3개월、6개월후진행복사,대환자고막천공적유합정황、은역정황진행관찰분석。결과58례환자재진행이병연골-연골막수술재반년후총적치유솔위98.28%;수술후1개월여수술전은력비교、수술후3개월여수술후1개월은력비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);비교수술후6개월화수술후3개월적은력정황차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론이규경보조하응용이병연골-연골막진행고막수보술치료인각충원인도치적고막천공구유량호적림상료효,환자치유솔고。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ear speculum-assisted myringoplasty using the tragus cartilage-perichondrium. Methods The surgery was performed on 58 cases of patients with tympanic membrane perforation in the People's Hospital in Lufeng, Guangdong province.While, the recovery and auditory threshold situations of the study subjects were reviewed and analysised after one month, three months and six months after the operation. Results The total cure rate of all cases during the study after six months was 98.28%. There was a statistically significant difference between the preoperative audition and postoperative audition after one month, as well as between the postoperative audition after three months and after one month(P<0.05);at the same time, there was no statistically significant difference between the postoperative audition after six months and after three months(P>0.05). Conclusion Ear speculum-assisted myringoplasty using the tragus cartilage-perichondrium has an ideal clinical efficacy and high cure rate in curing tympanic membrane perforation caused by multifarious reasons.
