目的:探讨MRI在超声发现胎儿侧脑室扩张中的进一步应用价值。方法分析2010年2月~2013年5月期间,35例妊娠25~37周孕妇产前超声检查发现胎儿侧脑室扩张,在3 d内行脑部MRI的胎儿为研究对象,出生后12例婴儿行脑部MRI检查。结果在35例中, MRI诊断侧脑室扩张33例,占超声诊断94.3%。10~11.9 mm组12例36.4%,颅内未见结构畸形;12~15 mm组13例39.4%,合并颅内结构畸形2例;>15 mm组8例24.2%,合并颅内结构畸形4例及侧脑室内出血2例。孤立性侧脑室扩张25例,合并脑水肿6例24%。结论产前超声诊断孤立性侧脑室扩张的胎儿,有必要进一步MRI检查,以帮助排除颅内结构畸形或脑积水。

목적:탐토MRI재초성발현태인측뇌실확장중적진일보응용개치。방법분석2010년2월~2013년5월기간,35례임신25~37주잉부산전초성검사발현태인측뇌실확장,재3 d내행뇌부MRI적태인위연구대상,출생후12례영인행뇌부MRI검사。결과재35례중, MRI진단측뇌실확장33례,점초성진단94.3%。10~11.9 mm조12례36.4%,로내미견결구기형;12~15 mm조13례39.4%,합병로내결구기형2례;>15 mm조8례24.2%,합병로내결구기형4례급측뇌실내출혈2례。고립성측뇌실확장25례,합병뇌수종6례24%。결론산전초성진단고립성측뇌실확장적태인,유필요진일보MRI검사,이방조배제로내결구기형혹뇌적수。
Objective Exploring the further application value of MRI in fetal lateral ventricle enlargement found by ultrasound. Methods 35 pregnant women were analysed from February 2010 to May 2013,whose fetuses were examined with Brain MRI in three days after prenatal ultrasound examination founding fetal lateral ventricle enlargement. 12 fetuses were checked by Brain MRI after birth. Results In 35 cases, MRI diagnosed 33 cases, which accounted for 94.3%of ultrasound dignosis. The group of 10~11.9 mm had 12 cases ,without intracranial deformity.13 cases between 12~15 mm, with two intracranial deformity. 8 cases were greater than 15 mm, with four intracranial deformity and two lateral ventricle hemorrhage. 25 cases were isolated lateral ventricle enlargement,complicating with six encephaledema. Conclusion It's necessary for the fetuses,who diagnosed isolated lateral ventricle enlargement by prenatal ultrasound,to have further MRI examination so that excluding intracranial deformity or hydrocephalus.
