目的：探讨物理疗法治疗睑板腺功能障碍所致干眼的疗效。方法2010年1月~2012年5月门诊确诊的68例睑板腺功能障碍引起的蒸发过强型干眼症，随机分配到对照组和观察组，各34例。对照组患者接受眼部药物治疗，观察组药物治疗配合眼部物理疗法治疗，通过观察两组患者治疗后临床症状的变化来评定治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率为67.65%，观察组总有效率为94.12%，两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论物理疗法能有效改善睑板腺功能，提高蒸发过强型干眼症的治疗效果，值得推广。
목적：탐토물리요법치료검판선공능장애소치간안적료효。방법2010년1월~2012년5월문진학진적68례검판선공능장애인기적증발과강형간안증，수궤분배도대조조화관찰조，각34례。대조조환자접수안부약물치료，관찰조약물치료배합안부물리요법치료，통과관찰량조환자치료후림상증상적변화래평정치료효과。결과대조조총유효솔위67.65%，관찰조총유효솔위94.12%，량조대비차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론물리요법능유효개선검판선공능，제고증발과강형간안증적치료효과，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the effect of physical therapy in the treatment of dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction. Methods 68 cases of evaporative dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction from 2010 January to 2012 May were treated and were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group, 34 cases in each. Patients in control group were given drug treatment, while patients in observation group were given drug treatment and the eye physical therapy. The changes of clinical symptoms in two groups were observed to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results The total effective rate of control group was 67.65%, while the total effective rate of observation group was 94.12%. The total effective rate of two groups was with statistical differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Physicaltherapycan effectively improvemeibomiangland function, effectively treat evaporativedry eye, and is worthy of promotion.
