目的：探讨瑞芬太尼和氟比洛芬酯联合异丙酚在无痛人流术中的效果观察。方法将本院120例需要终止妊娠的患者随机分为瑞芬太尼组(R组)、氟比洛芬酯组(F组)及瑞芬太尼与氟比洛芬酯联合组(H组),每组40例, R组：缓慢静注异丙酚1.5 mg/kg及瑞芬太尼1μg/kg；F组：先缓慢静注氟比洛芬酯50 mg,10 min后再缓慢静注异丙酚2 mg/kg；H组：先静注氟比洛芬酯50 mg,10 min后再缓慢静注异丙酚1.5 mg/kg 及瑞芬太尼0.5μg/kg,观察各组麻醉效果及不良反应等。结果 H组麻醉效果优于R组和F组,不良反应明显低于以上两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼、氟比洛芬酯与异丙酚三者联合应用麻醉效果完善,不良反应明显降低,用药量减少,在临床上具有实用意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of remifentanil and flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol in painless induced abortion. Methods 120 patients in our hospital to termination of pregnancy were randomly divided into remifentanil group (group R), flurbiprofen axetil group (group F) and remifentanil combined with flurbiprofen axetil combined group (H group), 40 cases each group. Group R:slow intravenous injection of propofol and remifentanil fentany l1μg/kg 1.5 mg/kg;group F:firstly slow intravenous injection of flurbiprofen axetil 50mg, then 10 minutes later slow intravenous injection of propofol 2 mg/kg;group H:firstly intravenous injection of flurbiprofen 50 mg, then 10 minutes later slow intravenous injection of propofol and remifentanil 1.5 mg/kg 0.5 μg/kg. Observe the anesthesia effect and adverse reaction. Results In group H, anesthesia effect is better than that of R group and F group, less adverse reactions than the above two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Remifentanil, flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol anesthesia has perfect three effect, side effect is significantly reduced, reducing dosage, has a practical significance in clinic.
