目的：分析家庭医生责任制管理高血压患者的效果。方法：比较225例高血压患者一年管理效果。结果：2013年高血压控制率为95.11%，2012年为90.22%（P＜0.05）。患者收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白指标2013年较2012年有明显好转（P＜0.05）；甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白和空腹血糖指标略有下降（P＞0.05）。结论：家庭医生责任制服务可显著提高高血压患者血压控制率，改善心血管危险因素。

Objective:To analyze the effect of family doctor responsibility system on the management of patients with hypertension in the community. Methods: Management effectiveness of 225 cases of hypertensive patients in 1 year was compared. Results:High blood pressure control rates were 95.11%in 2013 and 90.22%in 2012, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P=0.047). Index such as the systolic and diastolic blood pressures, total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein (HDL) in the patients had more obvious change in 2013 than in 2012, and the differences were statistically signiifcant (P<0.01 or 0.05). The index such as triacylglycerol, low density lipoprotein and fasting plasma glucose slightly decreased. However, there was no statistically signiifcant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:The service model of family doctor responsibility system for the management of patietns with hypertension in the community can signiifcantly improve the ratio of hypertension control and obviously decrease the cardiovascular risk.
