为了改进配电自动化系统的故障处理性能测试方法,提出一种主站和二次同步注入测试法。由主站注入测试平台产生配电自动化系统故障处理过程所必需的启动条件,而馈线沿线的故障现象由二次同步注入故障模拟发生器同步产生,并且采用由继电器构成的模拟开关代替实际开关,从而实现不停电测试。通过在与拟模拟故障有关的各个配电终端轮换接入少量二次同步注入设备,而配电网其余部分的场景采用主站注入法模拟的方法,实现携带少量设备进行大规模配电网测试,并有效减少测试所需的人员数。对主站注入测试法、二次同步注入测试法和所提出的主站与二次同步注入测试法进行了比较,并结合实例说明了所提出方法的可行性和优越性。

In order to improve the fault isolation and restoration test on distribution automation systems (DAS),a host and terminal coordinated inj ection test approach is put forward.The starting condition of DAS is inj ected by the host inj ection equipment.The fault information of the other terminals on the feeder are inj ected by the terminal inj ection equipment.The simulated switches made up of relays are implanted to replace the feeder switches.Thus,the fault isolation and restoration property of DAS can be tested without outage.By implanting a few terminal inj ection installations on the corresponding feeder terminal units in turn while the fault information of the other terminal units is inj ected by the host inj ection equipment,the amount of terminal inj ection equipment and the manpower can be reduced.Comparisons are made between the host inj ection test approach,the terminal inj ection test approach and the proposed coordinated approach of host and terminal inj ection.An example is given to show the feasibility and advantages of the test approach proposed.
