作为国际能源界研究的热点之一,飞轮电池具有效率高、储能大、无污染、寿命长,维护简单、可持续工作等特点。本文介绍了飞轮电池的储能原理,阐述了当前基于不同材料飞轮转子设计研究现状,对飞轮电池与其他储能方式优缺点进行了比较并且给出了飞轮电池三个典型应用方面,指出飞轮电池有着广泛的应用前景。

As one of the research focus in the international energy sector, the flywheel energy storage battery has the advantages of high efficiency, high energy storage, pollution-well, long service life, easy maintenance, sustainable work and so on. This paper introduces the operation principle of flywheel battery, describes the current development status of the flywheel rotor design based on different materials in detail, then the flywheel battery and other energy storage are compared to point out the flywheel battery's advantages. At last three typical applications of the flywheel battery are given and noted that the flywheel battery has vast potential for future application.
