目的：探讨长程视频脑电监测(video-EEG)对于癫痫诊治的价值，总结监测期的护理要点。方法选取2011年12月-2013年4月广东省中医院收治的124例拟诊为癫痫的发作性患者视频脑电图监测结果，并进行回顾分析。结果124例发作性患者监测到73例临床发作，其中57例确诊为癫痫，9例为非癫痫，7例暂无诊断结论；确诊的57例癫痫患者发作前脑电图均有异常改变。结论 v-EEG在癫痫诊断、癫痫灶定位上具有重要意义，护理人员熟知监测相关知识和精心护理是监测得以顺利完成的重要保证。
목적：탐토장정시빈뇌전감측(video-EEG)대우전간진치적개치，총결감측기적호리요점。방법선취2011년12월-2013년4월광동성중의원수치적124례의진위전간적발작성환자시빈뇌전도감측결과，병진행회고분석。결과124례발작성환자감측도73례림상발작，기중57례학진위전간，9례위비전간，7례잠무진단결론；학진적57례전간환자발작전뇌전도균유이상개변。결론 v-EEG재전간진단、전간조정위상구유중요의의，호리인원숙지감측상관지식화정심호리시감측득이순리완성적중요보증。
Objective To discuss the long-term video EEG monitoring (video-EEG) for epilepsy diagnosis value, summarize the nursing points during the monitoring period. Methods From December 2011 to April 2013 in the hospital received 124 cases of suspected seizure monitoring results of video EEG in patients with epilepsy were retrospectively analyzed. Results 124 cases of seizure monitoring patients into clinical seizures in 73 cases, of which 57 cases were diagnosed as epilepsy,9 cases of non epilepsy, 7 cases of no diagnostic conclusion;Diagnosis of 57 cases of Epilepsy EEG was abnormal. Conclusion The VEEG have important significance in the diagnosis of epilepsy, the epileptic foci localization;Nursing personnel familiar with relevant monitoring knowledge and careful nursing is an important assurance monitoring completed.
