目的:观察血液灌流(hemoperfusion,HP)联合连续性肾脏替代治疗(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)治疗多器官功能障碍综合征(multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,MODS)的临床效果。方法47例MODS患者,随机抽取23例为治疗组,24例为对照组,治疗组进行HP+CRRT治疗,对照组单用CRRT,两组基础治疗相同。结果治疗组总胆红素(TBIL)、血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)明显下降,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率82.60%(19/23)高于对照54.16%(13/24),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HP联合CRRT治疗能有效改善MODS患者生化指标,提高生存率。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect analysis of hemoperfusion combined with CRRT tretment for multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS). Methods 47 MODS patients random selection standard of 23 patients as treatment group, 24 cases as the control group, treatment group in the HP+ CRRT treatment, control group use CRRT, two groups of foundation treatment are the same.Results Treatment group total bilirubin (TBIL), serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), serum creatinine (Scr) urea nitrogen (BUN) declined obviously, is better than that of control group (P<0.01). Treatment group total effective rate was 82.60%(19/23) higher than the control group 82.60%(13/24) (P<0.05).Conclusion The blood perfusion combined with CRRT treatment can effectively improve biochemical indicators in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, improve survival rate.
