针对传统控制轧制和控制冷却( TMCP )技术存在的问题,提出了以超快速冷却为核心的新一代TMCP工艺。通过介绍TMCP发展状况,对比传统与新一代TMCP技术特点,分析了新技术的工艺原理及对产品组织性能的影响。这一新技术必将有助于我国实现热轧钢材绿色生产,推动轧钢工艺全面进步。

In view of the problems existed in the traditionally -controlled rolling and cooling technology , the paper proposesTMCP process as the core of a ultra-fast cooling of new generation.By introducing the TMCP development status ,comparingtraditional and new generation TMCP technology characteristics , the essay analyzes the process principle of the new technol -ogy and the effect to the performance or organization of the products .New generation TMCP will certainly help achieve thegreen production of hot-rolled steel, to promote the all-round progress of the rolling process.
