目的：观察自行设计制作“锐利器械传递器”投入使用情况，以寻找降低手术室锐器伤发生率的最佳方法。方法：利用自行设计的“锐器伤伤害问卷”调查分析手术室工作人员锐器伤好发原因，针对好发因素设计制作锐利器械传递器，用于术中锐利器械传递，经为期1年的临床试用后，对医务人员进行“使用锐利器械传递器效果调查问卷”调查，对比分析锐利器械传递器使用前后的锐器伤发生率及医务人员满意度情况。结果：锐利器械传递过程中受锐器伤的几率最高（占68.82%），初级职称医务人员更易遭受锐器伤害（占93.5%）；使用锐器械传递器后锐器伤发生率由82.6%降低至38.4%，使用前后锐器伤发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。医务人员满意度较投入使用之前明显提高，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：锐利器械传递器可降低术中器械传递所致锐器伤的发生率，适宜推广使用。
목적：관찰자행설계제작“예이기계전체기”투입사용정황，이심조강저수술실예기상발생솔적최가방법。방법：이용자행설계적“예기상상해문권”조사분석수술실공작인원예기상호발원인，침대호발인소설계제작예이기계전체기，용우술중예이기계전체，경위기1년적림상시용후，대의무인원진행“사용예이기계전체기효과조사문권”조사，대비분석예이기계전체기사용전후적예기상발생솔급의무인원만의도정황。결과：예이기계전체과정중수예기상적궤솔최고（점68.82%），초급직칭의무인원경역조수예기상해（점93.5%）；사용예기계전체기후예기상발생솔유82.6%강저지38.4%，사용전후예기상발생솔비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。의무인원만의도교투입사용지전명현제고，비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：예이기계전체기가강저술중기계전체소치예기상적발생솔，괄의추엄사용。
Objective:To design and produce sharp instrument mediator to reduce occurrence rate of sharp injuries during transfer process of surgical instruments.Method:Self-designed sharp injury questionnaire was adopted to investigate and analyze frequent reasons of operating room sharp injuries. Sharp instrument mediator was designed and produced according to frequent reasons to be used in transfer process of surgical instruments. After one year of clinical trial,investigation questionnaire of effect of using sharp instrument mediator was answered by medical workers to compare and analyze occurrence rate of sharp injuries and satisfaction rate of medical workers before and after application of sharp instrument mediator.Result:According to the result of sharp injury questionnaire,the highest rate of sharp injuries(68.82%)was during the transfer process of sharp instruments. The primary level medical workers were more easily to be injured by sharp instruments(93.5%). According to the result of investigation questionnaire of effect of using sharp instrument mediator,the occurrence rate of sharp injuries was dropped from 82.6%to 38.4%after application of sharp instrument mediator(P<0.05). Satisfaction rate of medical workers was also significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sharp instrument mediator can reduce occurrence rate of sharp injuries during transfer process of sharp instruments and it is suitable to be popularized in application.
