目的:探讨孕中期血镁缺乏与胎儿生长受限之间的相关性。方法:回顾分析2008年10月-2013年1月在本院127例定期产检确诊为FGR、无其他妊娠合并症的初产妇与1864例正常妊娠初产妇24~28周之间的空腹静脉血镁浓度。结果:FGR组中孕期间血镁含量明显低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义﹙P<0.05﹚;孕中期母血镁离子水平与新生儿脐血镁离子水平及新生儿体重密切相关,呈正相关趋势(r=0.720,P=0.001;r=0.956, P=0.000)。结论:结果可说明孕中期血镁缺乏可能为FGR发病机制之一。

목적:탐토잉중기혈미결핍여태인생장수한지간적상관성。방법:회고분석2008년10월-2013년1월재본원127례정기산검학진위FGR、무기타임신합병증적초산부여1864례정상임신초산부24~28주지간적공복정맥혈미농도。결과:FGR조중잉기간혈미함량명현저우정상대조조,차이유통계학의의﹙P<0.05﹚;잉중기모혈미리자수평여신생인제혈미리자수평급신생인체중밀절상관,정정상관추세(r=0.720,P=0.001;r=0.956, P=0.000)。결론:결과가설명잉중기혈미결핍가능위FGR발병궤제지일。
Objective:To explore the correlation between the second trimester maternal serum magnesium deficiency and fetal growth restriction.Method:127 patients with FGR of regularly for check-in,and no other pregnancy complications sampling primipara were chosen from October 2008 to January 2013 in our hospital,1864 normal pregnancy mothers were selected meanwhile,and the early maternal fasting blood magnesium concentration at 24-28 weeks of them were compared.Result:The blood magnesium levels during pregnancy of the FGR group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Second trimester maternal serum magnesium levels and magnesium ion levels neonates and birth weight were closely related to a positive correlation trend(r=0.720,P=0.001;r=0.956,P=0.000).Conclusion:The result may explain the second trimester blood magnesium deficiency may be one of the pathogenesis of FGR.
