通过一系列的对比试验,突出了同步齿形带能传递更大牵引力等诸多优点,同时也暴露出了同步齿形带安装要求精度高、易跑偏、掉带、割带等缺陷。经过对同步带带轮活边结构的设计,解决了诸多存在的问题,增大了牵引力,大大提高了能量利用率。
通過一繫列的對比試驗,突齣瞭同步齒形帶能傳遞更大牽引力等諸多優點,同時也暴露齣瞭同步齒形帶安裝要求精度高、易跑偏、掉帶、割帶等缺陷。經過對同步帶帶輪活邊結構的設計,解決瞭諸多存在的問題,增大瞭牽引力,大大提高瞭能量利用率。

In this paper , through a series of comparative tests , highlighting the timing belt can transfer many advantages such as greater traction,it also exposed the timing belt installation requires high precision , easy deviation ,falling off, cut with defects,after design of belt wheel live side structure of timing belt ,solves many problems,increasing traction, greatly improving the energy efficiency .
