通过一系列的对比试验，突出了同步齿形带能传递更大牵引力等诸多优点，同时也暴露出了同步齿形带安装要求精度高、易跑偏、掉带、割带等缺陷。经过对同步带带轮活边结构的设计，解决了诸多存在的问题，增大了牵引力，大大提高了能量利用率。

In this paper , through a series of comparative tests , highlighting the timing belt can transfer many advantages such as greater traction,it also exposed the timing belt installation requires high precision , easy deviation ,falling off, cut with defects,after design of belt wheel live side structure of timing belt ,solves many problems,increasing traction, greatly improving the energy efficiency .
