用准静态压缩实验,通过对破壳挤压方向、加载速率、核桃尺寸、预处理等因素影响下的破壳力进行测定,得出最佳的破壳挤压方向、加载速率以及核桃尺寸的变化与破壳力的关系。结果表明:沿垂直于 X 轴方向以15 mm/min的速度加载效果最好,随着核桃尺寸的增加破壳力也会增加。通过实验数据可以看出,对核桃破壳前进行预处理可以减小破壳力,这为核桃破壳机械的结构设计提供了参考。
用準靜態壓縮實驗,通過對破殼擠壓方嚮、加載速率、覈桃呎吋、預處理等因素影響下的破殼力進行測定,得齣最佳的破殼擠壓方嚮、加載速率以及覈桃呎吋的變化與破殼力的關繫。結果錶明:沿垂直于 X 軸方嚮以15 mm/min的速度加載效果最好,隨著覈桃呎吋的增加破殼力也會增加。通過實驗數據可以看齣,對覈桃破殼前進行預處理可以減小破殼力,這為覈桃破殼機械的結構設計提供瞭參攷。
용준정태압축실험,통과대파각제압방향、가재속솔、핵도척촌、예처리등인소영향하적파각력진행측정,득출최가적파각제압방향、가재속솔이급핵도척촌적변화여파각력적관계。결과표명:연수직우 X 축방향이15 mm/min적속도가재효과최호,수착핵도척촌적증가파각력야회증가。통과실험수거가이간출,대핵도파각전진행예처리가이감소파각력,저위핵도파각궤계적결구설계제공료삼고。
With the quasi-static compression test , through measuring walnut ’ s shelled force with the influence of press-ing direction,loading speed,walnut’s size,pretreatment and other factors,we obtain the best of broken shell pressing di-rection,loading speed as well as the relationship between changing in the size and breaking strength .The results showed that along a direction perpendicular to the X-axis at the speed of 10 mm/min is the best way .At the same time ,with the increase in the size of walnut shell breaking force will increase ,what’s more,it can be seen through the experimental data that pretreatment walnut can reduce shell breaking force ,this paper will provide a reference to Walnut shell breaking ma-chinery ’ s structural design or research .
