实时混药式变量喷雾是依据作物对药液浓度的需求进行喷雾,对节约农药、减小污染有积极效果,而混合液的均匀性对喷药效果有重要的影响。依托3 WY-A 3型喷雾机完成了四喷雾头和单喷头的实时混药实验;为提高混药均匀性设计了药液混合器,并为之进行了混药对比实验。实验表明,无混合器时浓度均匀性稍低,最大平均相对偏差为±9%;使用混合器时药液的均匀性得到明显提高,最大平均相对误差为±3%,并达到均匀混液的要求。
實時混藥式變量噴霧是依據作物對藥液濃度的需求進行噴霧,對節約農藥、減小汙染有積極效果,而混閤液的均勻性對噴藥效果有重要的影響。依託3 WY-A 3型噴霧機完成瞭四噴霧頭和單噴頭的實時混藥實驗;為提高混藥均勻性設計瞭藥液混閤器,併為之進行瞭混藥對比實驗。實驗錶明,無混閤器時濃度均勻性稍低,最大平均相對偏差為±9%;使用混閤器時藥液的均勻性得到明顯提高,最大平均相對誤差為±3%,併達到均勻混液的要求。

Real-time mixing medicine type variable rate spray , which is conducted according to crop demands for con-centration of pesticide , has positive effect on saving reduce pesticide pollution , and the uniformity of mixture has impor-tant influence on the spraying effect .Relying on 3 WY-A3 type sprayer , real-time mixing medicine experiment was com-pleted with four spray heads and single nozzle , and a mixer was designed for improving pesticide uniformity , mixing med-icine comparison experiment was carried on .The experiments showed that the maximum average relative deviation is ±9%without mixer;Liquid uniformity is improved obviously when the mixer is employed , the maximum average relative devia-tion is ±3%, the requirements of uniformity of mixing liquid is meet .
