为了研究立式玉米茎秆切碎装置结构参数对玉米茎秆抛撒规律的影响,该试验以玉米茎秆在切碎过程中运动和切碎后的散布规律为研究对象,采用图像分析学与数理统计学相结合的方法分别对立式切碎装置的抛撒口结构参数、玉米茎秆的运动参数与玉米茎秆抛撒规律之间的联系进行初步研究。研究结果表明:立式切碎装置抛撒口的宽度与位置影响玉米茎秆的切碎与抛撒效果,抛撒口全封闭时玉米碎秆的散布均匀性最高。
為瞭研究立式玉米莖稈切碎裝置結構參數對玉米莖稈拋撒規律的影響,該試驗以玉米莖稈在切碎過程中運動和切碎後的散佈規律為研究對象,採用圖像分析學與數理統計學相結閤的方法分彆對立式切碎裝置的拋撒口結構參數、玉米莖稈的運動參數與玉米莖稈拋撒規律之間的聯繫進行初步研究。研究結果錶明:立式切碎裝置拋撒口的寬度與位置影響玉米莖稈的切碎與拋撒效果,拋撒口全封閉時玉米碎稈的散佈均勻性最高。

In order to study the influence of vertical corn stalk chopping device structure parameters about corn stalks , putting corn stalks movement and the scatters rule after the process of chop as the research object , by adopting the combi-nation of image analysis and mathematical statistics method for the connection between the Scatters rule of corn stalks and vertical scatters structure parameters of the cutter , the movement parameters of corn stalks as a preliminary study .The re-sults showed that the width and location of the vertical cutter scatters mouth influenced the chop and scatter effect of corn stalks , the distributing uniformity of chopped corn stalk was the highest than others cases when scatter mouth full closed .
