针对核桃在加工前夹杂部分空仁核桃和其它品种核桃的现象,根据核桃品种间的密度差异,设计了一种采用风选原理的清选装置。对核桃差异化清选试验和影响因素进行分析,结果表明,当核桃清选装置的工作参数设置在风量级为2级,线速度为1.1m/s,风管与线速度夹角为85°时,其清洁率可达到94.2%,符合清选装置的设计要求。
針對覈桃在加工前夾雜部分空仁覈桃和其它品種覈桃的現象,根據覈桃品種間的密度差異,設計瞭一種採用風選原理的清選裝置。對覈桃差異化清選試驗和影響因素進行分析,結果錶明,噹覈桃清選裝置的工作參數設置在風量級為2級,線速度為1.1m/s,風管與線速度夾角為85°時,其清潔率可達到94.2%,符閤清選裝置的設計要求。

Aiming at this phenomenon of hollow walnut and other walnut varieties mingle with walnut before manufactur -ing, according to the difference of walnut specific gravities , has designed one kind of cleaning device based on air separa-tion principle .With the experiment of different specific gravity walnut and analysis of affecting factors ,the result show that parameters of walnut cleaning device are set as follows:the air volume grade at 2, the linear velocity at 1.1m/s,the angle between the axis of air duct and linear velocity direction is 85°,the clean rate was 94.2%, meets the design requirement of cleaning device .
