In accordance with the strategic theme of "people-oriented, moral education first, emphasis on ability, all-round development", taking "service as purpose, employment-oriented" as objective of development of national vocational education, the paper talks about how to guide higher vocational education curriculum through what kind of exam ideas; through what kind of test mode to promote; to restrain through what kind of examination management processes; to support through the examination of what kind of reform, so that tests can become the tool of testing the result of talent selection and the educational and teaching activities.
