目的：观察神经刺激器引导下的小儿臂丛阻滞的麻醉效果。方法：75例ASA I级的小儿骨科上肢手术患儿均在小剂量丙泊酚辅助镇静下，在神经刺激器引导下行肌间沟臂丛阻滞，阻滞成功后注入0.5%罗哌卡因2.5mg/kg，观察其麻醉效果。结果：阻滞效果优73例，良2例，优良率为100.0%。结论：在小剂量丙泊酚辅助镇静下，神经刺激器引导的小儿臂丛阻滞操作简便、阻滞完善、并发症少，值得临床推广应用。
目的：觀察神經刺激器引導下的小兒臂叢阻滯的痳醉效果。方法：75例ASA I級的小兒骨科上肢手術患兒均在小劑量丙泊酚輔助鎮靜下，在神經刺激器引導下行肌間溝臂叢阻滯，阻滯成功後註入0.5%囉哌卡因2.5mg/kg，觀察其痳醉效果。結果：阻滯效果優73例，良2例，優良率為100.0%。結論：在小劑量丙泊酚輔助鎮靜下，神經刺激器引導的小兒臂叢阻滯操作簡便、阻滯完善、併髮癥少，值得臨床推廣應用。
목적：관찰신경자격기인도하적소인비총조체적마취효과。방법：75례ASA I급적소인골과상지수술환인균재소제량병박분보조진정하，재신경자격기인도하행기간구비총조체，조체성공후주입0.5%라고잡인2.5mg/kg，관찰기마취효과。결과：조체효과우73례，량2례，우량솔위100.0%。결론：재소제량병박분보조진정하，신경자격기인도적소인비총조체조작간편、조체완선、병발증소，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the anesthetic effects of pediatric brachial plexus block guided with nerve stimulator. Methods:75 patients in pediat-ric orthopedic department of ASA grade I with upper limb operation were all with propofol sedation of small doses, and interscalene brachial plexus block guided with nerve stimulator was underway, injecting 0.5%ropivacaine 2.5mg/kg after the success of the block, to observe the anesthetic ef-fects. Results:73 cases were excellent, 2 cases good, the excellent and good rate was 100%. Conclusion:With propofol sedation of small doses, pedi-atric brachial plexus block guided with nerve stimulator is easy and simple to handle, completely blocked and of fewer complications, being worthy of clinical application.
