目的：探讨肺癌患者血浆D-二聚体水平和外周血白细胞计数的相关性及意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对74例肺癌初诊患者及健康成人对照组血浆D-二聚体进行测定，并对实验组患者及健康成人对照组的外周血白细胞计数。结果肺癌患者血浆D-二聚体与外周血白细胞计数呈正相关。结论肺癌患者存在血浆D-二聚体与外周血白细胞计数呈正相关，可作为评估肺癌预后的重要指标。
목적：탐토폐암환자혈장D-이취체수평화외주혈백세포계수적상관성급의의。방법채용매련면역흡부법(ELISA)대74례폐암초진환자급건강성인대조조혈장D-이취체진행측정，병대실험조환자급건강성인대조조적외주혈백세포계수。결과폐암환자혈장D-이취체여외주혈백세포계수정정상관。결론폐암환자존재혈장D-이취체여외주혈백세포계수정정상관，가작위평고폐암예후적중요지표。
Plasma D - dimer level on patients with lung cancer and peripheral blood leukocyte increase relevance and significance. Methods By using enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) in 74 cases of lung cancer was plasma D-dimer and healthy adult controls were determined, and the patients and healthy adult controls peripheral blood leukocyte count.Results Lung cancer patients plasma D-dimer levels rising and peripheral blood leukocytes were positively correlated.Conclusion Lung cancer is the plasma D-dimer was positively related with peripheral white blood cellcount, can be used as one of the important indices for evaluating prognosis of lung cancer.
