目的：了解某院心内科冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）围手术期预防使用抗菌药物情况并评价其合理性，为临床合理使用抗生素提供流行病学依据。方法随机抽取某院心内科2010年1月~12月出院PCI手术病例共199例，对患者一般情况、抗菌药物用药情况等进行统计分析。结果199例病例中抗菌药物预防使用涉及到六大类，十二种；平均用药3.1d，其中有9.5%的患者手术前后均未使用抗菌药物，84.0%的患者术前用药，73.9%的患者在《抗菌药物指导原则》规定的时间内给药。结论该院心内科PCI围手术期的抗菌药物预防性使用基本遵循安全、有效的基本原则，使用基本合理。
목적：료해모원심내과관심병환자경피관상동맥개입치료（PCI）위수술기예방사용항균약물정황병평개기합이성，위림상합리사용항생소제공류행병학의거。방법수궤추취모원심내과2010년1월~12월출원PCI수술병례공199례，대환자일반정황、항균약물용약정황등진행통계분석。결과199례병례중항균약물예방사용섭급도륙대류，십이충；평균용약3.1d，기중유9.5%적환자수술전후균미사용항균약물，84.0%적환자술전용약，73.9%적환자재《항균약물지도원칙》규정적시간내급약。결론해원심내과PCI위수술기적항균약물예방성사용기본준순안전、유효적기본원칙，사용기본합리。
Objective By understanding a hospital heart coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) perioperative preventive use of antimicrobial agents and evaluate its rationality, provide the epidemiology basis for clinical rational use of antibiotics. Methods Randomly selected a hospital heart hospital in January 2010-December with PCI surgery in 199 cases, the general situation and the use of antimicrobial agents in patients with statistical analysis. Results 199 cases of antimicrobial drug prevention involves six categories, twelve; Drug use 3.1 days on average, 9.5% of the patients before and after surgery were not use of antibacterial drugs, 84.0% of the patients with preoperative medication, 73.9% of the patients in the guiding principles of antimicrobial agents within the stipulated time. Conclusion The hospital heart PCI perioperative prophylactic use antimicrobial drugs with basic fol ow the basic principles of safe, ef ective and reasonable use.
