The tower crane theory examination system is developed to realize paperless operation and reduce manpower and finance consumption.Short-answer question as a part of the tower crane theory examination system,its design and real-ization lay a good foundation for the examination system.The concise and visual interface for short-answer question test mod-ule is designed in the paper based on related requirements,which is available for different sizes of examinees’answers by placing the answers in vertical scroll bars.Examinee information module is realized by database access technology,and re-maining time module is realized by the timer control.The standard answers and examinee answers are timely saved in the specified file by the function SaveQuestion (),to better work out the interface design and functional requirements of short-answer question test modules.
