目的：探讨影响高龄胃癌患者术后发生严重并发症的因素。方法对72例高龄胃癌患者术后严重并发症的发生因素进行单因素及多因素分析。结果高龄胃癌患者术后严重并发症的发生率为15．28％。术前合并症、手术方法及肿瘤分期、大小、部位均是高龄胃癌患者术后严重并发症发生的高危因素。结论了解高龄胃癌患者术后严重并发症的危险因素，对改善患者预后、提高患者生存质量有积极意义。

목적：탐토영향고령위암환자술후발생엄중병발증적인소。방법대72례고령위암환자술후엄중병발증적발생인소진행단인소급다인소분석。결과고령위암환자술후엄중병발증적발생솔위15．28％。술전합병증、수술방법급종류분기、대소、부위균시고령위암환자술후엄중병발증발생적고위인소。결론료해고령위암환자술후엄중병발증적위험인소，대개선환자예후、제고환자생존질량유적겁의의。
Objective To discuss factors affecting severe postoperative complications in elderly patients with gastric cancer.Methods Factors affecting severe postoperative complications in 72 elderly patients with gastric cancer was studied by single factor analysis and multifactor analysis .Results The incidence of severe postoperative complications in elderly patients with gastric cancer was 15.28%.Preoperative complications ,surgical methods,tumor staging,size,and location were risk factors affecting severe postoperative complications .Conclusion Understanding the risk factors for severe postoperative complications in elderly patients with gastric cancer is of great significance in improving prognosis of patients and their quality of life .
