以厚皮甜瓜“迎春”为试材,研究了叶面喷施不同浓度硝酸钙对坐果节位叶片衰老及果实生长和品质的影响。结果表明,坐果节位雌花开放后,叶面喷施10、20、30 mmol/L的硝酸钙均可延缓坐果节位叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质含量的下降,提高叶片的净光合速率( Pn )和过氧化物酶( POD)、超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、过氧化氢酶( CAT)等抗氧化酶活性,降低丙二醛( MDA)含量,提高果实的小区产量、可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量,其中20 mmol/L的硝酸钙处理效果与对照差异显著。叶面喷施20 mmol/L硝酸钙,可延缓厚皮甜瓜坐果节位叶片衰老,提高厚皮甜瓜的果实产量和品质。
以厚皮甜瓜“迎春”為試材,研究瞭葉麵噴施不同濃度硝痠鈣對坐果節位葉片衰老及果實生長和品質的影響。結果錶明,坐果節位雌花開放後,葉麵噴施10、20、30 mmol/L的硝痠鈣均可延緩坐果節位葉片葉綠素、可溶性蛋白質含量的下降,提高葉片的淨光閤速率( Pn )和過氧化物酶( POD)、超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、過氧化氫酶( CAT)等抗氧化酶活性,降低丙二醛( MDA)含量,提高果實的小區產量、可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量,其中20 mmol/L的硝痠鈣處理效果與對照差異顯著。葉麵噴施20 mmol/L硝痠鈣,可延緩厚皮甜瓜坐果節位葉片衰老,提高厚皮甜瓜的果實產量和品質。
이후피첨과“영춘”위시재,연구료협면분시불동농도초산개대좌과절위협편쇠로급과실생장화품질적영향。결과표명,좌과절위자화개방후,협면분시10、20、30 mmol/L적초산개균가연완좌과절위협편협록소、가용성단백질함량적하강,제고협편적정광합속솔( Pn )화과양화물매( POD)、초양화물기화매( SOD)、과양화경매( CAT)등항양화매활성,강저병이철( MDA)함량,제고과실적소구산량、가용성고형물화가용성당함량,기중20 mmol/L적초산개처리효과여대조차이현저。협면분시20 mmol/L초산개,가연완후피첨과좌과절위협편쇠로,제고후피첨과적과실산량화품질。
In order to study the effects of calcium nitrate on the senescence of leave in fruiting nodes and the fruit yield of muskmelon , successive two foliage dressing experiments were conducted and three different spray concentrations of calcium nitrate ( 10 mmol/L, 20 mmol/L and 30 mmol/L ) were tested at the bearing-fruit flowering stage.The results show compared with CK, all the three Ca(NO3)2 spray concentrations can delay the decreases of the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein , increase the activities of antioxidant enzymes and the net photosynthesis rate ( Pn) , and decrease the MDA content of leaves in the fruiting nodes .Both the plot yield and fruit quality are increased by the sparying of Ca ( NO3 ) 2 , and the difference is significant between spraying 20 mmol/L Ca(NO3)2 and CK.The research indicates that spraying 20 mmol/L Ca(NO3)2can be used to postpone the senescence of leaves in the fruiting nodes and increase the fruit yield and quality .
