目的:探讨良好沟通在氧气驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎中的应用效果。方法将78例喘憋性肺炎患儿随机分为实验组和对照组各39例,两组患者均采取常规药物治疗和儿科护理,再给予实验组进行有效的护患沟通,比较两组患儿的依从性、临床疗效及陪护人员对护理的满意度。结果实验组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为100%、84.6%,实验组患儿对治疗的依从率100%、陪护人员对护理的满意度100%明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义( P <0.05)。结论良好的护患沟通能提高氧气驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎的临床疗效、患儿依从性和陪护人员的满意度。

목적:탐토량호구통재양기구동무화흡입보조치료소인천별성폐염중적응용효과。방법장78례천별성폐염환인수궤분위실험조화대조조각39례,량조환자균채취상규약물치료화인과호리,재급여실험조진행유효적호환구통,비교량조환인적의종성、림상료효급배호인원대호리적만의도。결과실험조여대조조적치료총유효솔분별위100%、84.6%,실험조환인대치료적의종솔100%、배호인원대호리적만의도100%명현고우대조조,차이균유통계학의의( P <0.05)。결론량호적호환구통능제고양기구동무화흡입보조치료소인천별성폐염적림상료효、환인의종성화배호인원적만의도。
Objective To explore the effect of good communication in adjunctive therapy of oxygen-driven atomizing inhalation for children with asthmatic suffocating pneumonia .Methods 78 cases of children with asthmatic suffocating pneumonia were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 39 cases in each group .Both groups received conventional medication and pediatric care ,while the ex-perimental group was given nurse-patient communication in addition .Children’s compliance ,curative effect and satisfaction were compared between the two groups .Results The total effective rates in the ex-perimental group and the control group were 100 % and 84 .6 % respectively .In the experimental group , the compliance rate was 100% and the satisfaction was 100% ,which was significantly higher than that in the control group respectively ( P<0 .05) .Conclusion Good nurse-patient communication can improve the clinical efficacy of the adjuvant therapy of oxygen-driven atomizing inhalation ,compliance and satisfaction .
