目的:探讨躯体形式疼痛障碍患者述情障碍和应付方式的特点及其相关性。方法调查26例躯体形式疼痛障碍患者(研究组)述情障碍和应付方式,并与26例正常人为对照分析。结果研究组述情障碍总分(73.27±8.21)高于对照组(67.59±7.89);应付方式的解决问题得分(0.65±0.16)低于对照组(0.89±0.57),自责、幻想、逃避、合理化得分均分别高于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。述情障碍量表Ⅰ、Ⅱ因子与应付方式问卷合理化得分呈显著负相关(P<0.05),Ⅱ因子与应付方式问卷逃避得分呈显著正相关( P <0.05)。结论躯体形式疼痛障碍患者述情障碍明显,且与应付方式的选择相关。

목적:탐토구체형식동통장애환자술정장애화응부방식적특점급기상관성。방법조사26례구체형식동통장애환자(연구조)술정장애화응부방식,병여26례정상인위대조분석。결과연구조술정장애총분(73.27±8.21)고우대조조(67.59±7.89);응부방식적해결문제득분(0.65±0.16)저우대조조(0.89±0.57),자책、환상、도피、합이화득분균분별고우대조조,조간차이균유통계학의의(P <0.05)。술정장애량표Ⅰ、Ⅱ인자여응부방식문권합이화득분정현저부상관(P<0.05),Ⅱ인자여응부방식문권도피득분정현저정상관( P <0.05)。결론구체형식동통장애환자술정장애명현,차여응부방식적선택상관。
Objective To study the alexithymia and the coping style of patients with persistent somato-form pain disorder(PSPD) .Methods 26 inpatients with PSPD and 26 normal controls were assessed .Results The total alexithymia score was (73 .27 ± 8 .21)in the research group was higher than that (67 .59 ± 7 .89) in the contrast group .The coping style score of (0 .65 ±0 .16) was less in the research group than that (0 .89 ± 0 .57) in the contrast group .The scores of self-re-proach ,illusion ,escaping and rationalization were was higher in the research group than those in the con-trast group( P <0 .05) .There was negative correlation between Factor I and Factor II of TAS and the scores of rationalization from questionnaires .Factor II was positively related to the avoiding scores from the coping style questionnaires ( P <0 .05) .Conclusion Patients with PSPD show obvious alexithymia and PSPD is related to coping styles .
