目的：探讨情感性精神障碍患者平均住院日及其影响因素。方法采集330例情感性精神障碍患者的病案资料，分析患者住院日及其一般情况、医疗费用支付方式、疾病相关因素、治疗措施等情况。结果330例情感性精神障碍患者平均住院日为（56．88±45．65）d ，逐步回归分析显示影响平均住院日的因素主要为药物副反应、伴有精神病性症状、医疗费支付方式、双相情感性精神障碍、家庭关系、疗效和文化程度。结论情感性精神障碍患者平均住院日受多种因素的影响，采取综合措施才能缩短其平均住院日。

목적：탐토정감성정신장애환자평균주원일급기영향인소。방법채집330례정감성정신장애환자적병안자료，분석환자주원일급기일반정황、의료비용지부방식、질병상관인소、치료조시등정황。결과330례정감성정신장애환자평균주원일위（56．88±45．65）d ，축보회귀분석현시영향평균주원일적인소주요위약물부반응、반유정신병성증상、의료비지부방식、쌍상정감성정신장애、가정관계、료효화문화정도。결론정감성정신장애환자평균주원일수다충인소적영향，채취종합조시재능축단기평균주원일。
Objective To explore the average hospital stay and its influencing factors in patients with af-fective disorder .Methods The case data of 330 patients with affective disorder were collected to analyze the ways of paying medical cost ,influencing factors and therapeutic measures .Results The average hospital stay of the 330 cases was (56 .88 ± 45 .65)days ,and the stepwise regression analysis revealed that the main influencing factors of average length of stay were side effect ,psychotic symptoms ,the ways of pay-ing medical cost ,two-phase affective disorders ,family relation ,curative effect and education background . Conclusion The average hospital stay of patients with affective disorder is affected by many factors and comprehensive measures should be taken to shorten the average hospital stay .
